Tooshtoosh PSP Tubes are in PNG format, so you can actually use them in any graphics program, not just paint shop pro. They are intended for personal use - You can use them for your blog, sig tags, templates etc...
Use them only according to the TOU. And have fun! I will add more and more tubes every now and then, so come back and check for updates.
